.090 is still a strong gauge but less bulky than .125.  This metal is cut from New Aluminum 4' x 8' sheet stock.  Some light scratches may appear in the process of shearing down to size. We then polish one side of material to a #3 to 4 finish so one side scratches are removed.  Material is then inspected and then packed to ship.
We Sand deburr all sharp edges before shipping
