Hammered Goblets Pair Schofield Sterling Silver 1910s Monograms
American sterling silver pair of goblets, having hammered finish with engraved cartouches in form of foliate & floral swags. One goblet is monogrammed "JWW", and other - "FWG" on the one side and "ARW Jr" on the reverse. Under the bottom, there is an engraved inscription "Fleecie Goodlett Wynne 1919". Marked 165. Made by Frank M. Schofield, Baltimore, MD c. 1910s.
These solid goblets are 6" tall, 3 1/4" in diameter and weigh a total 268.8 grams or 8.7 ozs Troy.
The soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
The excellent original condition and clear, crisp detail, with no removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
