All items are sent with tracking numbers, and are mailed at a Post Office. The Post Office will be slow at times,
but you can follow your package with the tracking number.  Expect much longer delays leading up to Christmas.

Purchase price automatically by E-Bay.  The seller has no choice in this matter
and E-Bay takes and remits the money directly to the purchaser's state.
