    Description

    This cup is modelled after the cups Thomas Jefferson had made around 1810.  More properly, they should really be called tumblers. It is in great shape, and other than the monogram and a small scratch next to the monogram, I can see nothing wrong. It is about 3 3/16" across the top and stands 2 2/8" table to rim.  It weighs 142.1 grams, or 4.57 ozt.  I just noted that the prices for new sterling Jefferson cups ranged from 4 to 9.  Please see our other fine silver by Tiffany, Gorham, Unger Bros., Durgin, and other fine makers.
