Upon inspection of the device, I noticed moderate scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
I was able to power on the device using a standard power cord.
I was able to test the voltage output with an in-house multimeter (see pictures #10, #11 and #12) but without the appropriate batteries, the amperage is untested.
No further testing could be completed due to a lack resources.
The device is sold as an untested item.
